Your monthly subscription to Roster Portal includes the following free services:

Ongoing support - Free and unlimited

• Email – usual response within one business day
• Phone (business hours) - usual response within four hours

Staff emails - Free and unlimited

In addition, Roster Portal offers the following paid additional services:

SMS purchases - $0.15 per message^ sold in groups of 100 ($15)

• Bulk purchase quotes given upon request

Staff theme update - $110

Payroll conversion fees (for example going from MYOB to Xero) - $220

Custom development - quote given upon request

Additional training - quote given upon request

Data request or remediation (for example restoring a deleted roster or investigating users activity) - quote given upon request

All prices listed above are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

^ If a message is 160 characters or less it is counted as one unit.
If a message is over 160 characters, one unit is every 140 character sent.
