For General Enquiries, the information we receive from the public or Business Owners seeking any information regarding the operation, cost or general information regarding the functions of Roster Portal is limited to your name, business address, email address, phone number and the nature of the enquiry.

This information is necessary for us to determine if the Roster Portal system can assist and benefit the enquirer. In the event that Roster Portal is unable to assist the enquirer, this information is not distributed to any third party for any reason or purpose.

For Roster Portal Clients, the types of personal information collected at these pages are your name, your billing details, your ABN or ACN, your Manager's name, mobile number and email address, and Staff contact information including name, phone number, email address, date of birth as well as staff wages.

3. The Information We DO NOT Collect:

We will never ask for Credit or Debit Card Information as Stripe or PayPal handles all credit card transactions.

4. The Way We Use Information:

Roster Portal will only use your personal information for the reasons we collected it. Unless we have first obtained your consent, these reasons and the parties to whom we might disclose it will be reasonably apparent to you when we collect your information and our use and disclosure of that information will only be for our business activities.

We use the information you provide about yourself, business or staff members when we set up a Roster Portal for your use and subject to the Roster Portal terms and conditions. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order or as detailed below.

We use the information you provide about yourself, business or staff members only to assist in the accurate application of your roster and wage related functions. We do not share this information with outside parties unless you have permitted us to do so.

Roster Portal will use return email addresses to answer any email that we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive a phone call from one of our Client Support members as well as receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

It is highly recommended that the mobile number and email address listed for any Admin is their own and that they are aware that any communication they may send using Roster Portal, such as SMS and email, will appear to have originated from them.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your password protected Member section and view or correct your information. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
